I’m Sara — a certified pilates and yoga instructor based in Stuttgart. For the past eight years I’ve been guiding people back into their bodies through slow, intentional movement.

My classes blend classical mat pilates with vinyasa flow, breathwork, and quiet moments of stillness. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a long pause, you’ll find a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
